What we cook

Three things we do really well.

Al pastor

Marinated 24 hours, carved off the trompo, kissed with pineapple. Served on hand-pressed corn.

Barbacoa

Beef cheek, slow-braised 12 hours in adobo. Soft, rich, and finished with raw onion + cilantro.

Esquites

Charred sweet corn, crema, cotija, lime, Tajín. Order one. You'll order another.

Our story

From Mexico City to East 6th.

Mateo Reyes grew up in Coyoacán, watching his grandmother press tortillas every morning. He moved to Austin in 2014, missed the food, and parked his first truck on Mueller in 2018. We've kept it small on purpose — one trompo, one masa, one menu we're proud of.
