Yes. The Hongos taco is vegetarian (vegan if you skip the queso). Esquites can be made vegan on request — just ask. All our beans are made with vegetable stock, no lard.
All corn tortillas are gluten-free (made with masa harina). Flour tortillas have wheat. We use no peanuts, but the truck does prep dairy + eggs. Tell us at the window — we'll always do our best.
